Tickets to the Holiday Home Tour

8 Grafton Hill families will open their homes to give you the unique opportunity to tour the inside of some of Dayton’s most stately and historic structures. A diversity of holiday celebrations will be reflected in the decorations. The streets of Grafton Hill will give you a glimpse into the city’s past, as well as into Dayton’s renaissance as a place to live, work and play! Homes on the tour date back to the early 20th century and include
Prairie, English Tudor, Shingle and Greek Revival. The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church and the Masonic Center will also give a peak inside these prominent and historic structures. Walking tours last up to 3 hours with a stop for holiday treats.
Tours will be led by a tour guide.

Tickets are $25 presale and $30 day of event.
Saturday, December 9, 2023
Tours depart at 12:00 and 4:00 pm.
There is significant walking involved and tours are rain or shine.
Tickets are non-refundable and benefit the Grafton Hill Association, a 501c3.
